The buffet highlights all the delicacies of South Asian Cuisine to celebrate the diverse and versatile flavours of South Asia! Diners can start with a international salads, soups and freshly cut fruits with an assorted cheese board as always. The main dishes consist of popular food items from South Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Bangladesh and more! To mention a few, guests will enjoy Sri Lankan black pepper chicken, the famous Pakistani Mutton karahi gosht, the impeccable Afghani Kabuli pulao with Afghani tangdi kebabs followed by Maldivian delights of Mas Riha, Kulhi Boakiba and many more! Highlight of this buffet would have to be the three live stations which are the Grill Station, Live Jilebi and Pitha station along with a Bengali fish curry station! The grill station will create smoky Shish Tawook, beef steak, kofta halabi, shish kabab and more! Guests can also enjoy hot and freshly fried jalebis and pithas in the sweet live corner!
