HaEun Choi, the owner & well-trained executive chef of Chois, after whose name the name of restaurant has been set, told the Styler news team that this outlet is the first one in Bangladesh of its distinct nature. She looks for bringing a glimpse of Korean fusion style that adds a mesmerizing layer of taste on the common taste-bud. She intends to introduce Bangladeshi foodies with a wider field of Korean mixed cuisine. In fact, HaEun Choi was born in Korea, but brought up in Dhaka studying elementary at AISD school. Later on, she pursued specialized chef course from Australia’s renowned institute. Her future plan is to turn Chois as intl franchise.

Now, it is the turn of describing food quality & variety. Chois’s cafe section renders Korean blended mixed nature coffee (hot & cold with vivid flavors). Usually the coffee tastes a bit dark/ stronger compared to regular Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Machiato. Cold coffee has distinct features one of which come up with surprise honey comb Teddy Bear (edible) on top. This is obviously new in Bangladesh. Soupnik Assention, skilled Barista & Supervisor of the cafe prepares this eye-catching & mind-cooling frappe with due care. Alongside the frappe & coffee , cold pressed sandwich, croissant sandwich and 10 types of fast foods of different taste & flavor are ready bring water in the mouth.

Bingsu cold dessert, the most demanded traditional summer-dessert of South Korea is another surprise. A total healthy bowl combines natural soft red bean, peas, milk cream, soy powder, corn and ice combined reminding of Dhaka’s custard. The bowl can be sharable for two foodies offering a true treat to remember. Owner & chef HaEun Choi ensures the superlative recipe for all these. Though importing Korean ingredients are not possible always, hence local ingredients play a tricky role for best output. Korean bakery items are always famous.
