Arthakantha and Business America magazine jointly honor the women dreamers on the eve of upcoming Women’s Day through a grand gala program on 7th March, 2024. To highlight the significance of the ‘historic March 7 speech of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’ and on the occasion of the International Women’s Day 2024 (8th March), this honor tribute program has been organized. It is expected that 500 remarkable Bangladeshi women entrepreneurs working abroad will participate in the grand ceremony at capital’s Sheraton Hotel on March 7 evening. Hon’ble Minister of Social Welfare Ministry, Dr. Dipu Moni will be present as the chief guest in the event. Two special publications of Business America Magazine will be unveiled tributing to the success of top 100 Bangladeshi women entrepreneurs and 100 women professionals working abroad.
At the same time, ‘Dream achieving Women Award 2024’ will be conferred to the winning women selected through judging, who are engaged in business and various professions. In addition, two panel discussions will take place befittingly on the achievement of successful women entrepreneurs & professionals and the significant participation of women in building Smart Bangladesh in the days ahead. Prominent women personalities connected to different professions home and abroad will be the special guests of the event. Rokeya Haider, editor-in-chief of Business America magazine and former head of the Bengali division of famous ‘Voice of America’, will play the role of event coordinator.
It can be noted that both the Arthakantha and Business America magazine have been organizing various events regularly to highlight and honor successful business professionals in the country and abroad. As part of this endeavour, the recent Global Business Conference 2023 was held in Dubai from 22-24 December 2023. More than 500 successful expatriate Bangladeshi business professionals from 25 countries attended the mega event.
