Dhrubotara Youth Development Foundation (DYDF), one of the largest youth-led non-government & youth award-winning organizations, is hosting much-expected “National Youth Parliament 2024” in Chattogram. The day-long event is supposed to take place on June 1. Dhruvatara has taken this initiative under Youth Engagement in Democracy -YED project with the support of Manusher Jonno Foundation.

Basically, Youth Parliament is a universal model where youths practice their rights as representatives of their constituency and raise their voice for positive change and policy implementation. Believing in this, Dhrubotara Youth Development Foundation (DYDF) has taken the initiative to bring together 18-35 years aged shadow youth parliament member/ shadow Youth MP (who are selected by different test, community base projects, and campaigns) from all over the country and all universities, regardless of their gender, religion, ethnicity, or community. The aim of this event is to create a platform where shadow youth parliament members can provide their opinion on youth issues and exchange their ideas, ask questions to special guests, mentors, and policymakers in different sessions on the day.
