Anika has amazing specialization in making pastry, cake. She has completed a culinary course to excel at her craft. She discovered some unique & splendid flavors. In 2018, she made the first-ever six-layered chocolate flavor cake.
Anika’s own recipes on Tiramisu, Moist & Dark Chocolate Cake and Cheesecake combining Blueberry, Strawberry & Mango deserve special credit. She has also explored Savory Pasta Cake, which is truly exceptional. To celebrate special occasions or events like birthdays, baby showers, and bridal showers, the flower cupcake has never-ending appeal, which Anika prepares with the utmost care. Apart from this, Chocolate Mousse & Beef Lasagna are really authentic and special.
Remarkably, Anika can deliver any customizable cake upon order. All the ingredients & dark chocolate that Anika use, are imported from Malaysia, ensuring hygiene & health value. Academically, Anika has been sound since her childhood. In all public exams from Rajuk Uttara Model School & College, she achieved a GPA of 5 consistently. Anika has now enrolled in BSc in Economics at Brac University, which is capital’s well-reputed institution. In her future career, Anika cherishes the dream of becoming an economist after obtaining a foreign double master’s degree. Additionally, she wishes to establish a culinary institute of international standard in Bangladesh in the future. She has passion for singing since her childhood and enjoys food photography & traveling at this date. She recently started making digital food content & actual food review. In her personal life, Anika is blessed with dignified and ideal parents and has only one younger sister.
