Kanchan Nahar Shanta, founder of Yes Mam, said: “we only hear the stories of successful entrepreneurs, but not the struggled story behind that success of an entrepreneur. There are many sacrifices & perseverance I have faced & sustained while working as an entrepreneur due to lack of a skilled team and skilled workers. Yes Mam will passionately work to solve this problem. Even though the youth of our country are talented, due to lack of correct guide line, they cannot plan of their career and generally face many challenges to choose the right workplace for themselves and prove themselves at the workplace too. Especially female candidates suffer most”. Keeping these issues in mind, “Yes Mam” started its journey.
Yes Mam will have a special dedicated jobsite for women. It is going to be the location-based job search & job notification portal in Bangladesh. With a view to helping students in soft skill development and career planning, Yes Mam organizes various skill development trainings and workshops of this kind. In the next 6 months, Yes Mam will organize 15 master sessions & seminars related to skill development and career planning in the top local universities of Bangladesh. Eco Dynamic is supporting the event in carrying out this program. University students will have the opportunity to participate in each seminar and the top officials of the country’s job sector & successful entrepreneurs will conduct the sessions accordingly.
